Originally an 18th-century "folie" inspired by Italian villas, the estate has been passed down through generations and continues to be family-run in close partnership with the surrounding wine estate. Since opening to the public in 2019, this rare property has become an exceptional destination for weddings, business events, private stays, and photo and film productions.

Domaine de Rieucoulon is part of a long-standing family legacy — a property passed down with care and purpose. In 2019, co-owners François Lacombe and Wendy Smith founded Rieucoulon Events to open the estate for weddings, business events, private stays, and creative productions. Their goal was to honor its character while gently expanding its use — blending timeless architecture with natural beauty and warm hospitality. Today, the Domaine welcomes guests from around the world, while the surrounding family-run vineyard helps preserve its quiet charm.
